Passage
Court staff should request an interpreter at least five working days before a scheduled hearing. Urgent bookings may be accepted with less notice where a suitable interpreter is available. A cancellation charge applies when a confirmed booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the hearing, unless the cancellation results from a court decision.
