Judgement Test Question 98 – Preparing colleagues for revised checks

Practice level: EO

Scenario

A revised verification process starts next month. You completed the central training and will support two colleagues during the first week. Both colleagues say the written guidance is difficult to follow because it describes the rules without showing how they apply to a case. You have access to sample cases and a trainer who can answer unusual questions. The checks are important, and colleagues need to understand the reasoning rather than depend on you for every decision. You have been given an hour at the team meeting to help them prepare.
