Exclusion and undermining can be subtle. You may be left out of meetings, denied information, contradicted in front of others or have decisions reversed without being told. Record the practical effect on your work and the repeated pattern rather than relying only on how the behaviour feels.

- Being removed from meetings needed for your role.

Separate social exclusion from work impact
Not every social event or informal conversation creates a work issue. Focus on access to information, decision-making, responsibilities, reputation, development and ability to deliver. This gives the recipient something practical to assess and correct.
Create a pattern record
One missed invitation may be an error. Repeated exclusions after reminders, especially where they affect your delivery or reputation, may show a wider problem. Record the event, why your involvement was required, who was included, the consequence and how management responded when you raised it.
