Scenario
You receive six documents that must be prepared for different meetings over the next three days. Two cannot be completed until figures arrive from another team, and one must be checked by a colleague before it is sent. The easiest documents have the latest deadlines. Your manager has asked you to organise the work and flag anything that may not be ready on time.
