Why a strong it and digital skills answer works

A strong answer gives the sifter evidence instead of claims. A weak answer might say, “I am highly computer literate and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and many other systems.” A strong answer shows the task, the applicant’s own actions and the outcome. The best answers also show judgement, such as using the simplest suitable tool, checking data and permissions and knowing when a workaround would create security or accuracy risk. For an AO role, the example should remain practical and believable.
