How to show teamwork in an AO personal statement
Strong AO teamwork evidence shows how you contributed to shared delivery, exchanged information, supported colleagues and asked for help appropriately. It should explain the working actions that made the result possible, not simply state that the team succeeded.

Why a strong teamwork answer works
A strong answer gives the sifter evidence instead of claims. A weak answer might say, “I am a strong team player who gets on with everyone and is always happy to help.” A strong answer shows the task, the applicant’s own actions and the outcome. The best answers also show judgement, such as knowing when to offer support, when to ask for help and how to contribute without taking over another person’s responsibility. For an AO role, the example should remain practical and believable.
