How to prepare finance interview answers
For behaviour questions, use B-STAR as a preparation method. Begin with a brief belief or approach, then give a focused Situation, Task, Action and Result. Keep the opening short so the evidence remains the main part of the answer.
Strength answers should sound natural and stay concise. Technical or scenario questions need a clear thought process. Explain what information you would check and how you would turn the financial position into advice.
