- “Develop and maintain an understanding of economic, social, political, environmental and technological developments to ensure activity is relevant.”

How to structure your statement
Set the strategic or delivery context quickly.
State your responsibility and the decision or outcome you owned.
Explain evidence, options, challenge, influence, risk and what you personally did.
Show the wider outcome, assurance, service value or learning.
