What the panel is testing
Choose a fixed or urgent outcome with competing demands. Show milestones, prioritisation, resources, delegated authority, monitoring and prompt action when a dependency changed.
The result should show that the important work met time and quality requirements without ignoring procedures or individual needs.
- A clear SEO-level responsibility rather than passive participation.
- Personal actions and decisions supported by evidence or guidance.
- Appropriate involvement of colleagues, stakeholders, specialists or users.
- Control of risk, quality, inclusion, resources or competing priorities where relevant.
- A credible result and enough underlying detail for follow-up questions.
