What the panel is testing

Choose an example where your immediate target could have conflicted with a wider priority, user need or dependency. Explain what strategic information you used, who helped you understand the context and how you aligned the plan.

The result should prove value beyond completing your own task, such as better access, stronger alignment, reduced downstream risk or learning shared across teams.

A clear SEO-level responsibility rather than passive participation.
Personal actions and decisions supported by evidence or guidance.
Appropriate involvement of colleagues, stakeholders, specialists or users.
Control of risk, quality, inclusion, resources or competing priorities where relevant.
A credible result and enough underlying detail for follow-up questions.
