Passage
Passengers using single or return tickets can claim compensation when arrival at their destination is delayed by at least 30 minutes. Season-ticket holders use a separate calculation based on the number and length of qualifying delays during the claim period. Delays caused by a missed connection count only where the original itinerary allowed the minimum official connection time. Claims must be submitted within 28 days of the delayed journey.
