What questions should I ask the panel at the end?
Choosing Useful Questions to Ask a Civil Service Interview Panel
Hello,
I have a SEO interview next week and always struggle with the final “Do you have any questions for us?” section.
I do not want to ask something answered in the advert, and I have been told not to ask about progression, hybrid working or when I will hear the result. I also do not want to pretend I have a question when I do not.
What would be useful to ask?
Quick Answer
Ask one or two genuine questions that help you understand the role, immediate priorities or team environment. Use the advert and your own decision about the job; there is no need to manufacture a complicated question simply to appear interested.
