Scenario
Your team began using a new booking system this week. Everyone completed basic training and has access to written guidance and a support route for faults. The new system is now the official record for all bookings. During the first morning, a colleague says the process feels slower and suggests that each person should keep using the old spreadsheet for another week, then copy the information into the new system later. You understand why the colleague wants to maintain their previous speed, but using two records could affect booking accuracy and make it harder to identify genuine problems with the new system.
