Read the scenario and rate every action independently. Several actions can receive the same rating.

Scenario
During a one-to-one, your manager says your case notes are accurate and contain the required information, but they take longer to complete than the team standard. This is the first time anyone has mentioned an expected completion time to you. Your manager has not said that quality should be reduced and is willing to discuss how experienced colleagues structure their notes. You want to improve your pace while keeping records clear enough for another officer to understand the case. You need to respond to the feedback constructively and agree what good performance looks like.
Rate the actions
