Scenario
A delivery partner is reluctant to take part in a new service trial. Their manager says the last change programme created extra work and the department ignored their feedback. Your current trial has stronger governance, but the partner has seen similar promises before. Their involvement is important because they serve a different customer group from the other sites. You need to rebuild enough trust for the trial to benefit from their experience without claiming that every concern can be removed.
Rate the actions
For each action, choose Counterproductive, Ineffective, Fairly Effective or Effective.
Action A
Meet the partner to understand what failed previously. Show how the current trial will use feedback and involve them in agreeing practical safeguards before they join.
