Scenario
You are preparing 300 appointment letters for a print run due by the end of the day. Several names appear twice in the booking extract. Sam, a colleague working beside you, says they are obvious duplicates and wants to delete one of each pair so the print team is not held up. You know different customers can share a full name, and every booking has a unique reference number that can settle the issue. The print lead asks for an update and can continue with unaffected letters. Sam becomes impatient and says you are making a simple task complicated.
