Practice level: HEO/SEO

Scenario

A senior stakeholder asks you not to invite Farah, an operational lead, to a decision workshop. They say Farah is 'always negative' and will slow agreement. Farah's team will implement the decision and she has raised valid delivery concerns before, although her style can be blunt. The workshop needs a workable outcome and the stakeholder's support. You are responsible for the attendee list. You need to address the concern about Farah's approach while ensuring the people who will deliver the decision can influence it.
