Scenario
You are explaining a new rota process at a team meeting. A colleague says the proposed handover time will disadvantage part-time staff whose shifts end earlier. You believe the process is sound, but realise the design was tested only with full-time staff. Several colleagues look to you for a response, and the change is due to start in two weeks. The main purpose of the change can still be achieved with a different handover method. You need to respond to the challenge and keep confidence in the improvement work.
