Judgement Test Question 62 – Urgent figures and routine cases

← Previous question  |  Back to question bank  |  Next question →

Read the scenario and rate every action independently. Several actions can receive the same rating.

Practice level: AA and AO

Scenario

At 11:00 am, your manager asks you to prepare verified service figures for a 3:00 pm meeting. Mae owns one of the data sources and says she is dealing with an urgent incident, so she may not confirm her figures until 2:30 pm. A colleague suggests copying last month's figure into the return because it usually changes very little. You also have routine cases due later in the week. Your manager expects an early warning if the deadline or accuracy is at risk and is available for a short discussion. You need to coordinate the people involved and deliver the most reliable return possible.
