Scenario
You are coordinating a joint briefing with Callum, the lead from another team. During a planning call, Callum says in front of both teams that your staff 'never understand the policy' and begins answering questions that were directed to you. The statement is inaccurate, and two members of your team stop contributing. Callum's team holds important technical knowledge, and the briefing goes to directors tomorrow. You need to correct the impression, protect your staff and keep both teams working together long enough to finish the briefing.
