Scenario
Your team needs advice from a specialist unit to process a growing number of cases. The specialist unit says it is too busy to answer routine questions and will discuss them only at a monthly meeting. Your team is now delaying cases or sending repeated individual emails. You have collected the most common questions and data showing where decisions are being held up. The specialist knowledge cannot safely be guessed, but their capacity is genuinely limited. You need a way to share information and handle urgent questions without transferring an unreasonable amount of work to the specialist unit.
