Practice level: EO

Scenario

Your team recently introduced a new briefing template. Two colleagues have made similar errors in the first three weekly briefings, mainly by placing background detail in the decision section. An experienced colleague offers to rewrite their work each week so the deadline is protected. The errors need to stop, but both colleagues will continue producing briefings as part of their roles. You coordinate the weekly process and have time to review one example with them before the next deadline. You need to protect the immediate product while helping colleagues understand how to use the template independently.
