Judgement Test Question 82 – Selecting cases for a quality review
Read the scenario and rate every action independently. Several actions can receive the same rating.

Scenario
Your manager asks you to select 20 completed cases for a review of overall quality. Some newer colleagues are worried the exercise is really intended to identify poor performers. Experienced colleagues offer to send you examples of their strongest work, while one team member suggests focusing on errors made by new starters so training needs are obvious. The queue contains different case types, risk levels and staff experience. You can explain the purpose, set transparent sampling rules and record the method. You need evidence that is useful and fair while maintaining trust in the team.

Use the cases colleagues describe as their strongest because they are likely to be complete and quick to review.
