Scenario
Marco is the technical lead on your programme. He delivers strong work but responds sharply when colleagues raise risks that he thinks are unlikely. Two team members tell you they now stay quiet because Marco challenges them again after meetings. No single exchange has led to a formal complaint, but risks are appearing later and people look to you before speaking. Marco says the programme needs tougher standards because deadlines are slipping. You lead the team and need to restore open challenge without lowering expectations for evidence.
