Scenario
A pilot of a new operating model has produced mixed staff feedback. The transformation lead sends the board a summary containing only supportive comments and describes critics as people who resist change. You know several concerns are specific, evidence-based and could affect implementation, although the pilot has also produced clear benefits. The lead argues that the board needs confidence and that highlighting resistance will slow the next phase. You are programme director and want to maintain momentum without presenting a distorted view of the pilot.
