Scenario
A policy change takes effect today and alters part of the advice your team gives to the public. The full guidance will not be rewritten until next week, but a short official notice confirms the key change. Staff are due to begin calls in 30 minutes and are worried about giving inconsistent answers. Some want to keep using the old script until the detailed guidance is available.
