Read the scenario, then choose the one action you would be most likely to take and the one action you would be least likely to take.

Scenario
You have three tasks to complete this morning. A customer record must be corrected before a payment run at 11am. A weekly spreadsheet is due by 3pm. A colleague has asked for help with a stock count that is useful but can be completed tomorrow. Your manager is in meetings and cannot respond immediately.
Choose the actions
Select one Most likely action and one Least likely action. Do not rank the two remaining actions.

Start with the stock count because another person is waiting for your help, then complete the two deadlines in the order they arrive.
