Scenario
During weekly improvement meetings, one experienced analyst repeatedly challenges the proposed plan in a sharp tone. Some concerns are supported by evidence, but other team members have stopped contributing because discussions feel confrontational. The project lead wants the meetings to stay focused and has suggested limiting questions. You need to restore useful participation without silencing legitimate challenge.
