Scenario
You notice that a printed template used by your team contains an outdated web address. Customers following the address receive an error page and some have contacted the team for help. A current version exists online, but a box of old printed copies remains beside the printer. Your supervisor is away for the morning, and staff are continuing to use the old copies.
Rate the actions
For each action, choose Counterproductive, Ineffective, Fairly Effective or Effective.
Action A
Stop using the old copies, tell the team and supervisor, provide the current information and identify whether recent customers need a correction.
