Scenario
A pilot led by your team did not achieve its main target. The team worked hard and believed the design would succeed, and several members are now questioning whether the effort was worthwhile. The sponsor wants a clear account of what happened and a recommendation within a week. The evidence shows some useful secondary benefits, but also weaknesses in the original assumptions and implementation.
Rate the actions
For each action, choose Counterproductive, Ineffective, Fairly Effective or Effective.
Action A
Delay the review until team morale has recovered so that the discussion is more positive.
