Show planned, supported delivery with active monitoring and corrective action
EO Delivering at Pace is not a story about personal speed alone. The panel wants evidence that you reviewed progress, identified people and resources, set responsibilities, followed required procedures, supported colleagues and acted early when delivery moved off track.

What the panel is testing
At EO level, prepare evidence that you can set clear responsibilities, track delivery and remove barriers while maintaining quality and support. The panel will test the detail behind your actions, including what you knew, what you decided, how you involved other people and how the outcome was checked.
