How to show planning and prioritisation in an EO personal statement
Show how you moved from an objective to a practical plan. Include priority criteria, milestones, dependencies, responsibility, resources, monitoring and contingency. A plan that never changes may sound less credible than one you actively reviewed and corrected.

Why weak evidence loses value
Weak planning paragraphs say the applicant created a plan and monitored it. Strong evidence shows the structure of the plan, the judgement behind priorities and the action taken when delivery moved away from the objective.
