Judgement Test Question 45 – System outage before deadline

← Previous question  |  Back to question bank  |  Next question →

Read the scenario and rate every action independently. Several actions can receive the same rating.

Practice level: AA and AO

Scenario

Two hours before the daily case deadline, the main recording system stops working. An approved secure offline template is available, but several colleagues have never used it. Jordan says the team should email case details to themselves and finish the records at home. Another colleague suggests everyone should stop until the system returns. Technical support has been notified and there is no recovery time. You have several straightforward cases ready to complete and your manager is in another meeting. You need to help colleagues maintain progress while protecting confidential information and following the agreed outage arrangements.
