Scenario
Ellis is the only person in your team who can resolve a complex type of case. They work quickly and are highly regarded, but they keep most of the method in their own notes. When colleagues ask questions, Ellis often says they will understand once they have more experience. Ellis is now overloaded, and several cases have waited during their annual leave. They are proud of being the team's expert and may see knowledge sharing as a threat to their role. You need to reduce the dependency while recognising the value of their expertise.
Rate the actions

Instruct Ellis to produce a complete manual by Friday while continuing with their current caseload.
