Scenario
Three departments report substantial savings from a shared service programme. They have used different baselines, and some figures are cashable savings while others are avoided future costs or estimates of staff time released. A central finance team wants one consolidated figure for an upcoming spending discussion. The programme has delivered real benefits, but the current claims cannot be added together without creating a misleading total.
Rate the actions

Report only the independently verified cashable savings now and provide a later update on the wider benefits.
