Scenario
Your team is processing a shared queue of routine cases that must be cleared by tomorrow afternoon. Work is normally divided between team members so that ownership remains clear, although cases can be reassigned when someone needs help. You finish your allocated cases earlier than expected and have checked that your work is complete. A colleague nearby still has a long queue and appears under pressure. Some of their cases may already be open on their screen, so starting work without speaking to them could cause duplication. You have enough time to provide useful support before the shared deadline.
