Scenario
Your department has announced a new hybrid working model. A disability staff network says the main briefing assumed that everyone can attend the office regularly and did not explain how adjustments will work. The HR policy lead responds that an equality review has already been completed and worries that reopening the discussion will confuse managers. Network members say the briefing has reduced confidence in the change and some staff are considering formal complaints. You sponsor the implementation and need to keep the timetable while ensuring the change works for affected staff.
