What can be assessed in an AO interview?
The interview invitation and job advert should tell you which Success Profiles elements or other criteria will be assessed. Behaviour questions usually ask for a past example or how you would respond in a situation. Strength questions explore what you do regularly, do well and find motivating. Experience or technical questions may ask for direct evidence of tasks, systems or knowledge.
