Scenario
Your team received revised written guidance last week, but several staff have misunderstood the same section and made similar mistakes. The wording is technically correct but dense. A manager suggests resending the document and reminding everyone to read it carefully. You need to help the team apply the change correctly from today while keeping the official guidance as the source of truth.
