Scenario
Three days before a staff training programme begins, new legal instructions change part of the process being taught. Most of the training remains accurate, but several examples and one decision step must be revised. The team is frustrated because the materials were already approved, and some colleagues argue that the whole programme should be cancelled. Staff still need enough information to apply the confirmed change safely from next week.
