Scenario
A colleague who works remotely has missed several informal decisions made after office meetings. Their work is good, but they sometimes respond slowly to messages and rarely interrupt discussions to ask questions. Office-based colleagues say they assumed the person was comfortable with the arrangement. The remote colleague has now said they feel outside the team and often learn about changes after they have started.
