Panels can test Working Together through several types of question. A strong answer makes the Grade 6 responsibility, personal judgement and wider result clear, then remains ready for challenge about evidence and alternatives.
At Grade 6, Working Together is about creating trusted relationships across boundaries so people can solve shared problems, challenge assumptions and deliver without excluding or exhausting colleagues. Interview examples should normally involve building networks across functions, departments or partner organisations while resolving competing priorities and creating an inclusive, sustainable way of working.

What the panel is looking for in Working Together
The panel needs evidence of the shared objective, the relationships you deliberately built and how you handled challenge, compromise, inclusion and wellbeing. Strong answers show the reasoning behind the action, how other people were involved or led and a result such as joint delivery, faster resolution across boundaries, better use of expertise, improved trust or a sustainable partnership that continued after the immediate task.
Use the question, not a rehearsed heading
An answer can use the same career example for more than one question only when the emphasis genuinely changes. Start by answering the action asked, then select the parts of the example that prove it.
