Read the scenario and rate every action independently. Several actions can receive the same rating.

Scenario
You are chairing a weekly planning meeting with six colleagues. Maya is the only person joining remotely. The room discussion moves quickly and several people speak over one another. Maya tries to contribute twice but is not heard. When she finally speaks, someone in the room begins a separate conversation and her point is missed. The team needs Maya's operational knowledge before agreeing the plan. You can see that she has stopped trying to join in. There are ten minutes left and the decision can still be shaped.
Rate the actions
For each action, choose Counterproductive, Ineffective, Fairly Effective or Effective.
Action A
Ask Maya after the meeting to email any views that were missed, then add them to the written record.
