Hello,
I have a Civil Service interview that will assess five behaviours.
One complex project gives me a very strong example for two of them. I led the work, handled difficult stakeholders and made a decision that changed the delivery approach, so different parts of the example genuinely fit both behaviours.
Would it look bad if I used the same project twice during the interview? I can prepare a weaker second example, but I am worried that avoiding repetition will mean giving the panel less convincing evidence.
Should every behaviour come from a completely different situation, or is it acceptable to reuse the same project if I focus on different actions?

You can use the same underlying project for more than one behaviour if each answer responds to the exact question and demonstrates genuinely different actions. The risk is not the shared context; it is repeating the same story and leaving the panel with narrow evidence.
