Scenario
Your team passes completed cases to a partner team for final action. Several recent handovers were missing information, which caused delays. The partner team has now started rejecting most handovers without discussion, including some that are complete. Staff in your team feel the partner team is being obstructive and want you to challenge them. You need to restore a workable relationship while improving the quality of future handovers.
