Scenario
Three days before a staff event, the booked room becomes unavailable. A smaller room is available in another building, but catering, accessibility arrangements, security access and attendee directions may all be affected. Several team members are already working on these areas. The event cannot easily be postponed, and you need to coordinate a revised plan by the end of the day.
