Scenario

You are checking a large set of records before they are sent to customers. Late in the afternoon, you notice that you have corrected two mistakes that you would normally spot immediately. The deadline is today, but some records carry a higher risk because an error could affect a payment. Your supervisor is nearby and has said that quality must not be sacrificed for speed.

Rate the actions

Reduce your speed and check every remaining record twice, regardless of its risk or complexity.
