Judgement Test Question 49 – Office move letter

← Previous question  |  Back to question bank  |  Next question →

Read the scenario and rate every action independently. Several actions can receive the same rating.

Practice level: AA and AO

Scenario

You are updating a customer letter because a service office is moving. The approved template directs everyone to an online contact form. You know that some regular users have limited internet access and often rely on a telephone line or a local support group. Leah, the colleague checking the letter, says the template has already been approved and asks you to send it today without raising another issue. The support group previously warned that an online-only route would exclude some customers. You cannot invent a new contact route, but the service owner can approve an alternative before publication.
