Scenario
Two teams are piloting a new case checklist. One team reports that it has reduced handling time, while the other says it duplicates information already recorded elsewhere. Early figures show fewer missing fields in both teams, but the time data is incomplete. A decision on wider use is due next week. You helped design the pilot and can compare the teams’ workflows, speak to users and recommend changes before the decision. The aim is to keep the quality improvement while avoiding unnecessary steps that may differ between the two working environments.
