Eligibility rule
The child must be under six years old on 1 September 2024. A case must not be decided while a material date-of-birth discrepancy remains unresolved.
Application form
Child date of birth: 12 August 2019.
Birth certificate
Child date of birth: 12 August 2018.
Parent email
I think I typed the year incorrectly on the online form. The birth certificate is correct.
